Iryna Sampan - attack 24.04.2025

On April 24, 2025, the Russian propaganda Telegram channel Sekrety Vinakosa published a post claiming to “expose the identity” of Pavlo Yurchuk, commander of Ukraine’s 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The post also referenced journalist Iryna Sampan, Yurchuk’s ex-wife.

The content includes clear signs of doxing, such as the publication of private information, including phone numbers, details about children, and the serviceman’s identification code. It also featured gender-based disinformation and sexualized harassment. The post also claimed that Iryna Sampan had previously created content for OnlyFans under the alias “Mariana Lesbi,” and included a screenshot allegedly showing her social media profile under that name.

“This is just another episode in the ongoing discrediting campaign against me and my loved ones, which has continued since 2022. This time, Russian propagandists didn’t just “expose the identity” of my ex-husband or repeat their fantasy about OnlyFans, but also exploited a deeply sensitive moment. In the photo of three people, I’m standing with a man and a child: our close friend, a serviceman who returned from captivity, and his son. Apparently, the propagandists couldn’t find more photos of me with men to fabricate marriages and children. Of course, we all laughed at the absurdity of it all, but at the same time, I find it painful that my loved ones are being dragged into these dirty stories,” Iryna Sampan said in her comment to Women in Media.
