Presenter Iryna Sampan and her guest, journalist Natalia Onysko, discussed a new scheme for evading mobilization — a fictitious marriage— during a broadcast in the Hromadske Radio studio. Under the YouTube video of the broadcast, sexist comments appeared, such as:

“How very charming! two women who definitely won’t have to go to the trenches are condemning and ridiculing men who want to survive. and really — look at what they’re up to! those damned evaders! they want to survive! go run off to be cannon fodder while we sit here in warm studios. “very funny” to her, “very amusing.”
