Тік-ТокOn September 11, 2025, a Russian-language video titled “Moseichuk: Patriot or Hypocrite?” was published on the TikTok channel theory.secret, targeting 1+1 TV host Nataliia Moseichuk.
The video uses images of the journalist overlaid with an AI-generated or digitally altered male voice, which narrates text appearing on screen. In this video, Moseichuk is called a hypocrite and a “symbol of double standards” because, allegedly, her son is abroad while other men in Ukraine are “forced to go to the military commissariat and risk their lives.”

The video demonstrates clear signs of technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV) — specifically, gendered disinformation and online defamation. It relies on discrediting tactics through manipulative and false claims, such as accusing the journalist and her family members of “betrayal” and creating divisive narratives between “those who sacrifice” and “those who avoid responsibility.”

Additionally, the comment section below the video contains numerous examples of sexism, misogyny, hate speech, and gendered disinformation. Among them are comments comparing Moseichuk to Russian propagandist Olga Skabeeva, and insinuations about her alleged “loyalty” to oligarch Ihor Kolomoiskyi (often nicknamed Benia):
- “Hypocrite”
- “Skabeeva 2”
- “Moseichuk is an enemy of Ukraine”
- “Benia’s whore”
- “Mouthpiece of the corrupt government”
- “Just a scumbag”
- “Grant eater”
- “FSB spy”
- “Liar and Judas”

The repetitiveness and coordination of some comments may indicate a targeted bot-driven attack. In addition, some users have posted insulting visual content, such as a caricature portrait of Moseichuk and a photo collage of her with her husband and son, captioned “Moseichuk and two draft dodgers.”
